Abstract:
As an important component connecting the transmission line and the insulator,it is of great significance to study the dynamic response characteristics of the tension plate under de-icing conditions to ensure the safe and stable operation of a transmission line.By building two typical models of the tensile section of a UHVDC transmission line, and taking the deicing vibration of the transmission line as the load source, the dynamic response and buckling characteristics of the tension plate are analyzed. Finally,in an experimental verification, the stress and buckling state of the tension plate are measured, and the critical buckling load of the tension plate is evaluated. The results show that the dynamic response characteristics and buckling characteristics of the tension plate under the deicing condition are mainly affected by the load along the transmission line. The most severe oscillation occurs within the first 20s of the deicing condition, and the most severe buckling deformation occurs in the deicing condition of the tension section, and the stress load is mainly concentrated in the trapezoidal area surrounded by the bolt holes. This research provides a reference for the structural optimization design of the tension plate.
