Abstract:
In order to study the relationship between the body fluid pressure and the body curvature of the juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idellus in a steady swimming state, this paper uses a combination of PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) measurement and numerical simulation to quantitatively analyze the body fluid pressure and the fish body curvature of the juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idellus. The results show that the three-time fitting of the fish body amplitude curve is more consistent with the measured results of the PIV in the juvenile body fluid pressure obtained from the traditional quadratic fitting curve,in the middle and tail of the juvenile fish, and the midline of the fish body Curvature and body surface curvature show a relatively obvious linear relationship (P<0.05),and the fluid pressure of the juvenile body in the first half of the movement cycle and the curvature of the fish body surface and midline also show a linear relationship (P<0.05).The curvature of the midline of the middle part lags behind the fluid pressure around the body, while the curvature of the midline of the tail and head of the juvenile fish is basically consistent with the change trend of the fluid pressure on the upper and lower sides of the fish.
