Abstract:
Taking the deflection response of the mid-surface of a composite plate as the evaluation index of the impact resistance of the stainless steel composite plate, based on the energy method and the classical laminated plate theory, considering the inter-layer structure parameter design,a simplified analytical model for the deflection response of stainless steel composite plates under ice load is established by using the bending equilibrium differential equation under lateral load. The analysis model divides the entire dynamic response analysis process into two phases:ice load calculation analysis and dynamic equation solving. The effects of the dip angle, impact velocity and collision position on the ice load are analyzed. The parameters of the extreme working conditions are determined, and the nodal force data of the contact surface are summarized. The influence of the layer thickness ratio on the deflection response is analyzed. The DYNA finite element simulation and numerical example analysis, comparing the deflection response simulation results and analytical calculations, verify the accuracy of the simplified analytical model. The research results have certain reference value for the analysis and evaluation of the impact resistance of stainless steel composite plates.
