Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the relative angular deviation of the double planetary gears on the dynamic characteristics of the compound planetary transmission system,a lumped-parameter dynamic model of a 3K-I planetary gear was established. The relative angular deviation was converted into the change of the backlash. The elative angular deviation, backlash and time-varying meshing stiffness were taken into consideration, and the Runge-Kutta method was used to determine the dynamic response and calculate the average load factor of the system. The dynamic characteristics of the system under different conditions were analyzed. The results show that the relative angular deviation is more likely to cause gear tooth breakage and impact under light load, and the average load factor of the system increases as the difference of the angular deviation of the double planetary gears and the load of the system decreases. The more concentrated the angular deviation distribution of each group of planetary gears, the smaller the influence of the angular deviation on the load sharing characteristics of the system. When the angular deviation distribution is the same, the bearing load of a pair of gears in the system is obviously affected. The angular deviation difference has the greatest influence on the system load characteristics.
