Abstract:
      The bending behavior of composite plates under lateral loads is one of the main concerns in the construction industry.For bending problems of isotropic and orthotropic plates,the classical numerical and analytical solutions were proposed.Due to the complexity of the mathematical computation,the solution for the anisotropic laminate bending problem was rarely reported.In the present work,the generalized integral transform technique (GITT) was employed to calculate the solution of anisotropic composite thin plate bending problem.Excellent convergence and high accuracy were observed through comparison with the published results.
