Abstract:
      In this paper,a topology optimization problem with displacement constraint is calculated by using the method of the guide weight criterion.A new interpolation model is used to derive the iterative algorithm for the topology optimization under the action of single working condition and a numerical example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.Then,the algorithm is applied to design of the damaged moving Trailer suspension's arm of an aircraft.The comparison of the topological structure of the obtained by the guide weight method with the results obtained by the structural optimization software Optistruct shows that the iteration speed of the two is not very different and the optimization results of the guidance weight criterion method are better.As a conceptual design,the topology found provides an effective reference for the optimal design of the suspension's arm in the future.
