Abstract: |
In order to know well concentration distribution of the particle pollutants in an oil transport process, contaminated oil is regarded as a pseudo homogeneous flow including very dilute concentrations of particle pollutants, whose size is tiny,a numerical framework for contaminated oil is proposed based on one-dimensional diffusion equation.A numerical simulation through characteristic line method, the dynamic characteristics of each phase in the contaminated oil were obtained. The results show that the oil pressure and speed along the transport pipe length undergo regular fluctuation, and gradually decay with time; velocity of particle pollutants in oil largely follows oil velocity;particle concentration distribution forms a pattern with the change of oil flow velocity;oil pressure attenuation trend in different time periods is different along with the pipe length, the tendency of the oil velocity is opposite to the trend of pressure along the pipe length;particle pollutants velocity, concentration distribution as well as velocity of the oil along the tube length are closely related. |
