Abstract:
      In this paper,a 3D simulation model about roller heat-treatment furnace is established with the computational fluid method (CFD) in order to obtain the gas velocity of the furnace.Through the model the distribution and variation of gas in the heat-treatment furnace is gained and the burner combustion timing control scheme is determined.Secondly,to improve the control precision of the burner combustion,the burning time of the burner is optimized by using differential evolution algorithm.The numerical simulation results show that:the proposed burner control model is available and can meet the requirement of production.Therefore,the burner control method proposed in this paper can be used as the control basis of heat-treatment process and optimization design of heat-treatment furnace.
