Abstract:
      The adaptation system for unstructured mixed grid is established in this paper.The different detectors designed for flows with different characters.The strategies of subdividing all layers of prism cells in normal direction and anisotropically subdividing tetra cells for viscous flow are more robust for complicated configuration.Carbuncle of Roe scheme for flow computation around sphere at high Mach number could be weakened by grid adaptation.The cases for F16 fighter including shock and vortex,respectively,indicate the refined grid cells locate near shock surface and in the zone including vortex core.After refinement,the patterns of shock and vortex are much more clarity,and the pressure calculated at vortex core is much more accurate.
