Abstract:
      The intelligent computation methods are currently extensively used in the placement optimization of driving levers for large space truss structures. To overcome the shortcomings of the genetic algorithm with regular coding method which often leads to the repetitive or invalid solution,a fast decoding algorithm is proposed to aid in the application of the lexicographic-order integer-coded genetic algorithm to driving lever placement optimization problems. A large T-shape truss structure is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the method through some comparison with the genetic algorithm based on the traditional coding.
