Abstract:
      Based on the microstructure model of Voronoi diagram,studying on the sliding trend between crystal of Cr5 forging in forging process by finite element method.according to the different grain contact sliding Angle,statisticing and analysing the non-uniform distribution of shear stress between different stress areas.The analysis results of a particular area in macroscopic finite element analysis will be coupled into the boundary conditions of the corresponding area in microstructure.So that the macro-meso cross-scale simulation for stress concentration area will achieve.Results showed that the sliding trend internal is highly affected by the contact and sliding angle,and the sliding trend of material in the slip regime will be very clear both in macroscopic model and in mesoscopic model.
