Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem that the frontal crash compatibility was not consided in the design of pure electric vehicles.The topology optimization based on the Hybrid Cellular Automaton method is used to optimize the head structure of pure electric car and make it satified frontal crash compatibility index.At the same time,the orthogonal test is used to optimize the size parameters.A new head structure with double bumpers has designed,and its feasibility is vertified at last.
