Abstract:
      In this paper, the fatigue behavior of adhesively bonded single lap joint mainly subjected to cyclic-vibration(CV) environment were investigated by using experiment, numerical simulation and theoretical analyses.A simulation model based on Cohesive Zone Model was established to characterise the failure process on adhesively bonded joints, effect of fatigue load was introduced into a bilinear traction-separation description of cohesive zone model to evaluate the degradation process in the adhesive layer, Carefully designed experimental tests were carried out to validate the simulation results.At last, SEM method was used to analysis the fatigue process.
