Abstract:
      To solve the problem of error caused by the uniform pressure approximately instead of variable force of thick-walled about electro-magnetic launch for long a time,it provided hyperbolic sine function mathematical model of electro-magnetic launch barrel under the load pressure in three-dimensional,and constructed a special stress functions both satisfying boundary conditions and bi-harmonic equation,and derived the analytical solution of hyperbolic sine distribution pressure of the cylinder on the electro-magnetic launch barrel the constant force in the end of face,and also obtained the analytical solution and solved the limit of electro-magnetic launch barrel pressure along the axial direction,and finally recorded guns fired when the barrel of strain values by the static strain tester and compared theoretical and experimental results,it can be seen that the both have a higher coincidence degree,which laid a solid foundation about solving the deformation calculation of the arbitrary distribution pressure of electro-magnetic launch barrel and its practice so as to extend barrel life for the future.
