| Abstract: |
| In this paper,we construct a new compatible scheme with the total variation diminishing method in Lagrangian hydrodynamics.We also use von Neumann’s tool to analyze the stability of the new scheme.Numerical tests indicate the new method can control the oscillation behind the shock. |
