Abstract:
      The shape effect is very important in the field of space engineering. It is a good idea to control the shape of the structure by piezoelectric effects from piezoelectric materials at present. In this paper, a spatial curved beam is derived, and a piezoelectric curved beam finite element model is built based on it. Constraint equation is used here to link the actuators and host shell. Linear least square method is adopted here to solve the shape control model. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the model proposed.
