Abstract:
Based on BSWI (B-spline wavelet on the interval) wavelets element method, a hybrid governing equation of static response quantities and static sensitivity coefficients for composite laminated plates is derived in Hamiltonian Systems by combining the state space equation and the sensitivity analysis of non-homogenous state equation for composite laminated plates. The displacements sensitivity coefficients of symmetrical composite laminates are obtained by this sensitivity analysis scheme. This paper studies the distribution of sensitivity coefficients of displacements in z direction for symmetrical composite laminates with complete clamp support. The numerical results obtained by semi-analytical method are compared with that of the finite difference method. The results show that the effect of material parameters E1, E2 and G12 on displacements of composite laminated plates is significant. Compared with the finite difference method, the relative error of sensitivity analysis method presented in this paper is less than 10-4. Furthermore, because it’s not need to carry out convolution algorithm in this approach, the difficulty of programming is declined significantly, and the calculation accuracy is improved as well.
