Abstract: |
The sizes and bandwidths of the matrices generated by finite element method are usually quite large, so it is difficult to choose a suitable subdomain when using subdomain precise integration method. By using Householder method to reduce the matrices to tridiagonal form in this paper, subdomain precise integration method can then be used in large finite element systems. More accurate results compared to modified midpoint method can be achieved without iterations by introducing predictor-corrector method to subdomain precise integration method. |
