Abstract:
A numerical model is presented to identify constitutive parameters for a simply supported beam subjected a moving load. An adaptive precise algorithm in the time domain and FEM are employed to describe the direct problem, and sensitivity analysis can therefore be implemented conveniently. The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is utilized to solve the inverse problem, and the combined identification of elastic modulus and damping coefficients is realized. Two numerical examples are provided to verify the proposed model, and satisfactory results are achieved. The measurement noise is taken into account.
