Abstract:
      This paper presents a parameterized shape design optimization method to design base cell shape of composite material with specific elastic properties on an open platform POSHAPE which is built based on CAD/CAE integration technique.Homogenization method is engaged to calculate the composite material property with its periodical base cell.Numerical examples are given to design composite materials of two phases for zero Poisson's ratio and specific material property.The results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the present method.
