Abstract: |
The random variable is generated by mixed congruence method and the aggregate of concrete is simplified as sphere. Then, the spatial location of the sphere(X,Y,Z) is endowed with random variable through the cycled comparing method and the 3D random distribution of concrete aggregate is realized. Moreover, the 3D concrete numerical model is established.Further, the 3D model is meshed. The aggregate, matrix and interface are respectively projected in the FEM mesh.Simultaneously, the model is meshed by means of meshing technique time after time. The result of calculating example proves that this model basically presents the true distribution of aggregates and simulates the inhomogeneity and anisotropism of concrete. Finally, the method of making model is proved feasible. |
