A SSI(Stress-Strength Interference) reliability model and the estimating method of unknown parameters in the model to consider stochastic multi-stress and strength aging degradation are presented in this paper.Dependence of strength aging degradation and stochastic stress level are included into the models.In the end,an example is given to show this method is usable in application.
