Abstract:
ICM(Independent Continuous Mapping) method can solve topological optimization problems of continuum structure with weight objective subjected to displacement and stress constraints. To get clearer topology configuration,by introducing the discrete condition of topology variables and integrating with the original objective,an optimization model of multi-objective is formulated to force the topology variables to approach to 0 or 1,and the model cuts down the effect of delete rate on the result. The image-filtering method is employed to eliminate checkerboard patterns and mesh dependence problems. The computational efficiency is increased by selecting quasi-active displacement constraints and design region.Numerical examples indicate that the algorithm is more robust and more available, though the iterative loops of the modified algorithm is more than those of the origin algorithm.
