| Abstract: |
| BEM for elastio-plastic contact problem is employed to study the deformation and loading station of the sleeve and roller neck of film bearing in rolling mill under special way of assembly in this paper. It discussed the influence of surface damages of sleeve and roller neck caused by its contact pressure and deformation distribution. The new method had been given to reduce the wear of the contact surface between the sleeve and roller neck. The validity of the analysis and the modified scheme are proved by the experiments. |
