Abstract:
      Based on the generalized variational principle of ferromagnetic bodies and the Mises plastic yield criteria adopted , the magneto-elastic-plastic behaviors, such as plastic yield and elastic-plastic bending and so on, of the ferromagnetic rectangular plate with simple supports were numerically simulated through the increment finite element Methods. The numerical results indicate that when the ferromagnetic plates undergo plastic yield, the deformation of ferromagnetic plate becomes larger than that for those with elastic deformation. The incident angle of applied magnetic field is an important factor of deformation the ferromagnetic rectangular plate, the deformation becomes larger as the incident angle of magnetic field increasing. In the oblique magnetic field, the area near the point where the displacement is the most largest of the plate first occurs plastic yielding, and the center of the ferromagnetic plate occurs plastic yielding at last etc.
