Abstract:
      Numerical simulations were conducted on uniaxial tensions of the coarse|grained superplasticity using viscoplastic constitutive equations. Simulated results showed that the positions and the evolution processes of necks are influenced by tensile strain rates. Restrictions and accommodations between scattered localizations promote large uniform deformation. Localized deformation characteristics can be found by viewing the strain rate evolution for different positions.
