| Abstract: |
| A parallel solution of 3 D elasto plastic contact BEM based on the network and the source program developed by C language was presented. By the aid of two microcomputers connected with the network, a strip rolling process is simulated numerically, in which the wideness thickness ratio of plate is 200 . Compared with the original solution of traditional serial computing on single microcomputer, this parallel solution reduces the CPU time and improve computing efficiency greatly and ensures the numerical accuracy. |
