In this paper the transfer matrix method of sound and vibration propagation of the spatial pipeline system is deduced, while the steady flow speed and steady liquid pressure are considered. The numerical model can be used to calculate frequency, mode shape and dynamic responses of pipeline system. The frequency calculating of typical pipeline system showed that TMM is accurate.
