Abstract:
      A dynamic load identification method is proposed for proportional damping systems based on high precision direct integration scheme. First, the modal transformation is carried out to obtain the uncoupled equations of motion. Then, an equation of load identification is constructed by the proposed high precision direct scheme. Finally, the time history of the dynamic loads can be determined by the measured structural dynamic response. Numerical examples show the high identification precision of the present method.
