Abstract: |
The unified visco-elastic-plastic constitutive model in which the visco-elastic deformations are introduced is presented. It is better to simulate the deformations of transition section between the elastic and plastic deformations. It is used for the prediction of Hastelloy-X deformation under cyclic loading with different temperature and different loading rate. The results are satisfactory. The deformations which are predicted by this unified constitutive models are the best fit for those of experiments. The comparison with other unified constitutive model shows that the new model has many superiorities: (1)only a set of parameters for different temperature process, (2)more accurate to simulate the deformation history for various different loading and unloading case, (3)more accurate predicted values than other unified constitutive model. |
