Abstract:
      A particle dispersion Lagrangian simulation approach in homogeneous, stationary and isotropic gas-solid turbulent flows is presented. The computational model was applied to the homogeneous and stationary gas-solid turbulent flows in the pipes. The computed results have been compared with the experimental data of Snyder & Lumley and Wells & Stock for horizontal and vertical pipe flows, and good agreement was observed.
