The weak form formula of thin plate bending problems is presented, which includes the boundary parameters. From this formula, both the solving forms and the method of dealing with boundary conditions can be got. The finite element method is only one of these forms. A discrete form is given, which proved to be with high accuracy even when the displacement lost continuity.
