This paper describes an accurate and practical hydroelastic analysis software system for calculating the aft\|part vibration of ships. Based on the fluid\|structure interaction theory, the system can accurately and conveninently predict the behaviors of the aft\|part vibration of ships. This system has a post\|processing module which can generate natural mode shape.
