Abstract:
In this paper, a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind is obtained by applying a Green quasifunction to the theory of thin plates on Winkler foundation. Irregularity of the kernel of integral equation is overcome by choosing a suitable form of the normalized boundary equation. Numerical results show high accuracy of the method given by this paper.
