| Abstract: |
| An important dynamic condensation method is presented for accurate calculation of struc- tural eigenproperties. The kept and reduced of freedom in the approach are related through a condensation matrix that is uesd to form a condensation eigenvalue problem. The eigenproperties calculated in an iteration are utilized to update the condensation matrix until a desired convergence in the eigenvalues is achieved. Numerical examples are presented to show the applicability of the proposed method. |
