On the basis of establishing the fundamental computational theory of the cable prestressed steel trusses, the general formulationes of the random internal force analysis and sensitivity analysis of the plane prestressed steel trusses are presented in consideration of randomness of the cable stiffness based on the perturbation methods, and also some computational examples are put forward. The results can be used as the basis of reliability analysis of the prestressed steel trusses.
