This paper discusses the parallel algorithm of thermo parameters method for limit analysis and shakedown analysis.The key of the thermo parameters method is the solution of linear programming.On the distributed memory multiprocessors,the block simplex method is used to solve linear programming.As for the structure with a lot of load cases,substructure method is a good parallel algorithm for structural computations.
