In this paper, a numerical test for the relative difference quotient algorithm of the discrete optimization is completed by means of the uniform distributed stochastic examples, and the results of the numerical test are analyzed according to the evaluating index of performance of heuristic algorithms. The above work provides a statistical foundation for evaluating the practical performance of relative difference quotient algorithm.
