In this paper, the Lanczos method in the calculation of eigenvectors derivatives is improved. The frequency shift method in initial vector selection is introduced. It shows through theory analysis and computer simulation that using frequency shift Lanczos method in sensitivity analysis can greatly raise computation efficiency and calculation accuracy.
