The programming system of static strength reliability analysis for off shore platformstructural system is generally introduced in the paper. The function and the characteristics,the theory and the structure of this program are also presented' Finally, the programming system is applied to analyze static strength reliability for a fixed jacket offshore platform and the analysis result verify programming system is re1iability.
