| The first-order second-moment rliability method proposed by Joint Committee of Struc-tural Safety is a better method for reliability analysis which has been recognized in the areasof civil engineering around the world(be called JC method for short).This method is simplein iteration and converge fast , but pratical calculation has shown this method can only beused for the case that the nonlinearity of performence function is not higher,otherwise noguarantee converge, So that a new algorithm is developed in this paper,the new algorithm assimple as JC method and can guarantee converge in general. |
