In this paper,by way of EBE strategy and conjugate gradient method ,we have devel-oped a class of EBE vector iteration methods for generalized eigenproblems,in which all ofcomputations of vector iteration are performed on the element level.The class of methods notonly can save memory space efficiently because of avoiding the formation of the global stiff-ness matrix and the global mass matrix,but also is very suitable for parallel computing. Thenumerical example has demonstrated its efficiency.
