| A general method,namedf refining matrix technique,is presented to improve the accuracy ofa thin plate bending element.It is shown that stiff/flexible characteristic of the element can bechanged efficiently by the method,so the high accuracy is obtained.It is also proved that the con-vergency of the element would not be damaged. |
