| Based on the finite element mixed formulas of elastic contact analysis, two iterative procedures including material nonlinearity and surface nonlinearity are considered. The Galerkin method and the backward-difference process are used to calculate transient temperature field. A mixed formula in finite element analysis is also adopted to solve heat transfer problem on contact boundary. Then, the analysis of transient conduction are coupled with the elastoplastic contact analysis. A finite element method of transient coupled thermo-elastoplastic contact problem is proposed. It has been successfully used in sealing analysis of nuclear pressure vessel. |
