| Based on sensitivity analysis method, a design method and a theory analysis mathematical model which is used to select and modify the design parameters of the injection mold cooling-system have been proposed in this paper. Then a computer analysis software which is merged in the CAD environment has been developed for the injection mold cooling-system, which provides a scientific basis and an analysis means for designers to optimize the arrangement of the cooling channels and eliminate the warpage of the plastics parts by obtaining the uniform temperature distribution on the mold cavity wall. |
