Abstract:
      In this paper, the Boundary Elment Method (BEM) is applied to two oblique intersecting cylindrical shells. The fouadmental solution of plate superposing triangle series solution is used as that of cylindrical shell, as a result of which numerical accuracy is improved and the computing time is saved. Area intergration is particularly treated, and the discreteness of internal mesh is avoided, greatly reducing the work load of preparing data and the storage of computer. The FORTRAN program is designed and numerical example is gived.
