A new BEM for viscoelastic problems is presented by using perturbation theory and "elasticity-viscoelasticity" correspondence principle under the Laplace transform space. In the paper, by combined with the generalized variational principle, the perturbation BE equations and the fundamental solutions of viscoelasticity are derived. Finally, the solving procedure of the first-order perturbation is detailed, and an example is given.
