      对细长型精密设备公路运输被动隔振问题进行数值研究。首先,提出一种ANSYS-MATLAB联合仿真方法构建柔性部件的动力学模型。随后,结合模型降噪方法构建“设备-支撑架-隔振器-挂车”运输系统的刚柔耦合动力学模型。最后,采用路面谱模拟颠簸路面条件进行动力学仿真。研究了钢丝绳隔振器的布局和柔性部件的刚柔耦合效应对被动隔振性能的影响。仿真结果表明,支撑架在承载运输过程中具有变形协调特征,如果隔振器在支撑架上均匀布置,则远离支撑点的隔振器对实际隔振效果的贡献较低,由此带来的承载不均问题限制了隔振性能的进一步提升。该研究对细长型刚柔耦合系统公路运输的早期隔振设计具有切实的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the passive vibration isolation problem encountered in highway transportation of slender precision equipment is numerical studied. First, a co-simulation method combining ANSYS and MATLAB is proposed to develop the dynamic model of flexible components. Then, the dynamic model incorporating rigid-flexible coupling of the “equipment-support frame-isolator-trailer” transportation system is developed by using the model smoothing method. Finally, the road spectrum is employed to simulate the dynamic response under bumpy road conditions. The study investigates the influences of steel rope isolator layout and the rigid-flexible coupling effect of flexible components on passive vibration isolation performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the support frame exhibits coordinated deformation during the load-bearing transportation process. Isolators situated away from the support point contribute minimally to the actual vibration isolation effect, thereby posing an uneven load-bearing problem that constrains further enhancement of vibration isolation performance. This research holds practical significance for the initial design of vibration isolation systems for slender rigid-flexible coupling systems in highway transportation.
