      本研究基于离散单元法(DEM)采用节点球连接球柱纤维模型,建立了弹性和弹塑性纤维束的数值仿真模型,并用于模拟了单股、7股和19股纤维束扭转过程。本研究还进行了单股和7股纤维束扭转试验,并与离散单元法仿真进行对比,验证了模型的准确性。结果表明:大扭转刚度纤维构成的纤维束能够承受更大的外部荷载;相同等效横截面积的纤维束,在扭转角度相同的情况下,19股纤维束能承受的扭矩大于7股纤维束。
英文摘要:
      A bonded spherical-cylindrical fiber model was established based on the Discrete Element Method (DEM) for both elastic and elastoplastic fiber bundles, which were applied to simulate the torsional process of single strand, 7-strand and 19-strand fiber bundles. Additionally, experiments of torsion tests were conducted on single strands and 7-strand fiber bundles, and the results were compared with the DEM simulations to validate the accuracy of the models. The findings indicate that fiber bundles composed of high torsional stiffness fibers can withstand larger external loads. Furthermore, for fiber bundles with the same equivalent cross-sectional area, the 19-strand fiber bundle can withstand larger torsional moments compared to the 7-strand fiber bundle when subjected to the same torsional angle.
