提出了一种层合复合材料铺层顺序与结构形状参数综合优化的方法。首先,采用形状基向量定义形状变量,建立了包含层合板铺层顺序变量和形状变量的综合优化模型,形成包含连续变量和离散变量的优化问题。其次,改进了二级多点近似遗传算法,在一级近似问题中加入了形状变量及其灵敏度,将形状变量融入外层的遗传算法中,通过改进混合编码、初始种群、个体适应度以及各类算子,实现了形状变量与铺层顺序变量的同时寻优,并开发了相应的优化系统。将优化系统应用于二维平板模型和三维圆筒模型优化算例,结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,综合优化的减重效果均优于单一的铺层顺序优化结果。该系统进一步应用于简化卫星结构,表明了该方法在工程应用中的可行性。 |

A comprehensive optimization method of composite laminate stacking sequences and structural shapes is proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive optimization model is established,including composite laminate stacking sequences and shape variables defined by shape basis vectors.The optimal problem is formulated with mixed variables including continuous and discrete variables.Secondly,a two-level multipoint approximation algorithm is improved with adding shape variables and their sensitivities.The shape variables are integrated into the outer GA which is improved in the hybrid coding,the generation of initial population,individual fitness and operators to deal with comprehensive optimization.An optimization system is developed and applied to a 2D plate model and a 3D cylinder.The results of numerical examples verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method,and the weight reduction effect of comprehensive optimization is better than that of separate optimization.Furthermore,the system is also applied to a satellite structure,which shows its feasibility in engineering application. |
